Aim & Scope
Aim
The Journal of Humanistic Social Management aims to provide a comprehensive platform for researchers and practitioners engaged in the interdisciplinary fields of humanistic studies and social management. This journal recognizes that effective social management requires insights from various domains, including education, community development, cultural studies, and sustainable practices.
We invite contributions that explore the intersections of these fields, particularly in relation to social studies education, human-centered management practices, community empowerment, the sociology of education and public policy, cultural studies and local wisdom, innovation in social studies learning, and sustainable social resource management. By fostering a dialogue among these diverse areas, the journal seeks to advance knowledge and practice in humanistic social management, ultimately enhancing the understanding of the human elements that shape organizations and societies.
We welcome empirical research, theoretical discussions, case studies, and reviews that provide valuable insights into these themes. Only articles that demonstrate a significant contribution to the field will be considered for publication, ensuring that the journal remains a vital resource for scholars and practitioners alike.
